Easy Meal Ideas

Do you have a difficult time making decisions on what to cook or where to dine out? You're not alone!

To help you navigate these culinary conundrums, on this page, you can find a selection of meal ideas, along with the key ingredients you need to make them. But let's not stop there - this isn't just about home-cooked meals. I've also compiled a list of restaurant recommendations from various locations. These are places I personally experienced and loved, and some I have yet to try, but are on my "must visit" list. If there's an irresistible meal idea you'd like to share or have other restaurant recommendations that I should try, don't hesitate to reach out, and I can add them to the list.  

Dinner Ideas

Salmon Bites w/ "Magic Sauce" 


Korean Mozzarella Egg Sandwich (Can be added w/ meat or made vegan)

Toast 2 slices of Brioche bread, both sides on buttered pan. Put on plate.

Crack 4 eggs in a bowl. Whisk 1tbs milk and salt to taste. Mix well. (Optional: Vegan Just Eggs folded on stove) 

Optional: Trader Joe's Beefless Bulgogi. Microwave for one minute. Separate pieces. Cook in air fryer for 5-7 minutes on 375F. 

On medium-low heat, pour eggs and mix continuously. Take off heat when eggs set. 

Put in 1 slice of Mozzarella cheese on pan to fry, take off when sizzling, golden. 

Smear savory sauce of 2tbs Mayonnaise and 1 tbs Sriracha sauce on both slices of toasted bread. Add 2 slices of cheese. Add eggs on toast. 

For drizzle, add 2tbs mayo and 1tbs sweetened condensed milk

For decoration, add chives
